Programme Application Powder cleaning agent

A
SHORT
For laboratory glassware with light water-soluble
contamination, not suitable for denaturing and
acid-soluble residues such as proteins, metallic
salts and amines, for low level soiling and low rinse
requirements.
Approx. 20 g in the powder
cleaning agent dispenser.
B
MEDIUM
For laboratory glassware with light water-soluble
contamination, not suitable for denaturing and
acid-soluble residues such as proteins, metallic
salts and amines, for low level soiling and medium
rinse requirements.
Approx. 30 g in the powder
cleaning agent dispenser.
C
LONG
For removal of organic residues (e.g. specific oils
and fats) and specific anorganic residues, for low
to medium level soiling and medium rinse
requirements.
Approx. 30 g in the powder
cleaning agent dispenser,
with an additional 10 - 20 g
cleaning agent on the left
hand side of the door as
necessary.

DRAIN
To drain water out of the machine, e.g. after a
programme has been cancelled, see "Cancelling a
programme".
D
PRE-RINSE
For rinsing heavily soiled items (e.g. for removing
soiling or disinfectant residue, or to prevent soiling
drying on to dishes when a complete programme
does not yet need to be run).
Programmes A to C can be optimised to specific requirements on request by Miele Service.
Organic residues such as oils and fats may require conversion to oil-resistant elastomers.
