3. Adjust the height adjusting lever according to
the media to be used.
• Set the height adjusting lever to the highest
stage or the lowest stage.
Setting it to the intermediate height, a plotting
fault can result.
4. Keeping the height adjusting lever held at the
aforementioned position, tighten the two
screws.
• If you tighten the screws without keeping the
height adjusting lever held at the set position,
the head may not be secured at the normal
position.
• Fasten the screw securely.
5. Return the carriage to the station position.
How to check of the head height
Check the head height as following procedure.
STEPS:
1. Make sure that the mode is LOCAL mode.
2. Press the [FUNCTION] key twice.
The head information is displayed.
3. Press the [END] key.
