7.7 Patient Information
Infusion pump has been inserted to BeneFusion DS5 Infusion Supervision System
and the system contains patient information, the system will automatically distribute
patient information to all infusion pumps when pumps are on.
Select [Main Menu]→[Patient Information] to view the patient information
(Department, Bed No. and other informaiton), beds can be differentiated through
setting bed number; press to discharge patient.
NOTE
 For infusion pump inserted to BeneFusion DS5 Infusion Supervision
System, patient information can’t be discharged and Bed No. can’t be
changed in pump.
7.8 Day's Prescription
Infusion pump has been inserted to BeneFusion DS5 Infusion Supervision System
and the system contains prescription information, the system will automatically assign
all non-executed prescription to all idle infusion pumps when pumps are on. You will
enter the [Prescription detail] interface, press to execute prescription.
To execute prescription:
1. Select [Main Menu]→[Day's Prescription], press to enter the
[Prescription detail] interface.
2. In the [Prescription detail] interface, press to execute prescription and
enter the infusion parameter setting interface.
 If infusion mode is specified in prescription, the pump wil start infusion as the
specified mode.
 If infusion mode is not specified in prescription, then Rate Mode for pedia or adult;
Micro-infusion Mode for neonate.
3. When ready, press to start infusion.
