recommendedbyMindray

ThewarrantywillbevoidifthetransducerisnotreturnedinitsoriginalMindray
carryingcase.

Thisequipmentshallnotbeusedbypersonsotherthanfullyqualifiedandcertified
medicalpersonnel.

Donotmakechangesormodicationstothesoftwareorhardwareofthisproduct.

InnoeventshallMINDRAYbeliableforproblems,damage,orlosscausedby
relocation,modication,orrepairperformedbypersonnelotherthanthosedesignated
byMINDRAY.

Thepurposeofthissystemistoprovidephysicianswithdataforclinicaldiagnosis.The
responsibilityfordiagnosticprocedureslieswiththephysiciansinvolved.MINDRAY
shallnotbeliablefortheresultsofdiagnosticprocedures.

MINDRAYshallnotbeliableforlossofdatastoredinthememoryofthissystem
causedbyoperatorerrororaccidents.
