Select “Forward to VM” or enter 710 as the extension number.
If “Forward On No Answer” is activated to 710, the voice mailbox will answer calls unanswered after
four rings.
If “Forward When Busy” is activated to 710, calls you cannot receive will be answered by the voice
mailbox.

To Monitor / Pick-Up Callers as they Speak to a Voice Mailbox
You can operate your voice mail in voice mail monitor mode. In this mode, when calls are forwarded to
your voice mailbox and your extension is free, the call is relayed over the speaker of your Feature Phone.
If you lift your handset, you can intercept the call in which case no message is left in the voice mailbox.
Press the MESSAGE key.
Select “Voice Messaging”.
Enter your extension number or select your extension using the display keys, when prompted.
Enter your voice mail password (1111 by default) followed by #.
Press the Scroll Down key () until “Monitor” is displayed.
Select “Monitor”.
Select “Monitor On” or “Monitor Off”.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
To Change a Voice Mailbox Password
By default, each extension is allocated the same voice mail password (1111). You can enter your own
password, which can be up to eight digits long, as follows:
Press the MESSAGE key.
Select “Voice Messaging”.
Enter your extension number when prompted.
Enter your voice mail password (1111 by default) followed by #.
Press the Scroll Down key () until “Change password” is displayed.
Enter your new voice mail password, which can be up to eight digits long.
Press “Confirm”.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
From a standard phone dial 0 to change the password.
To Compose a Message and Send It to Another User
This feature allows a user to compose a voice message from within a voice box and send that message
directly to single or multiple voice boxes.
They can also compose a message and leave it in their own voice mailbox.
Press the MESSAGE key.
Select “Voice Messaging”.
Enter your extension number when prompted.
Enter your voice mail password (1111 by default) followed by #.
Press the Scroll Down key () until “Compose a message” is displayed.
Record the message after the tone.
Press “Confirm”.
Select the voice mailbox or mailboxes the message is to be sent to.
Press “Confirm” to send the message.
From a standard phone dial 5 to compose a message.
When the message is recorded press #. Enter the first extension number and press #. If more extensions are
to be selected enter their numbers separated by #. To send the message dial # again or hang up.
