RUN LED goes OFF.
Is an error
indicated on the
peripheral?
Reset the AnSHCPU using
the RUN/STOP keyswitch.
Move the RUN/STOP
keyswitch on the AnSHCPU
to STOP and write END to
address 0 using a periph-
eral device.
Move the RUN/STOP key
switch to RUN.
Software error.
Check program with the
programmer and correct
the program.
Take corrective action by referring to
the error code list.
Consult your nearest Mitsubishi
representative.
Connect a noise suppression circuit,
such as CR, to the noise source.
