Is the stop valve fully open?
Is the power supply voltage normal?

Open the stop valve.
Ensure power supply from the facility.
Connect the wiring properly,
then turn the power back ON.

Check the power supply voltage.
Turn the power OFF to check for
looseness, disconnection or phases of the
compressor wiring.
Check whether the model selection switch is
set correctly on the controller board or not.
