The outdoor unit is not set in 000, or in the range of 51
to 100.

Make sure to turn the power OFF before connecting/disconnecting any connectors, or replacing boards.

Is the address setting correct?
Set the address properly, then turn the
power OFF of indoor/outdoor unit, Fresh
Master, Lossnay and remote controller
simultaneously for 2 minutes or more, and
turn the power back ON.
Replace the outdoor controller board.
Check whether the outdoor unit address is
set in 000, or in the range of 51 to 100.
