When using an ungrounded power supply you
must implement an insulation monitoring circuit
(IEC 60 204, Part 1). The 24 V DC supply must be
a safety extra-low voltage acc. to IEC 60 204-1 or
IEC 60 364-4-41 for potentially isolated
operation.
