Stop bit:
The Stop bit is not a bit in the real sense of the word.
It defines the time interval between characters. Refer
to the relevant manual of the connected device for
the correct setting.
Set counter channel parameters
왘 Open the dialog box ‹Edit ➞ Set Parameters ➞
Counter Channel›.
Not Used:
Select this setting if the digital inputs are not to be
used as a “High-speed counter” neither as an
“Incremental encoder”. This setting is the default
setting.

Transparent mode is supported in the user
program via the “SCO” function block (see the
manual “Language Elements for
PS 4-150/-200/-300 and PS 416“,
AWB 2700-1306 GB).
