1. This kit consists of the new and improved Front Housing with “20” marking kit and the enhanced
Double Molded PTT Cover (PMDN4193_R)
.
2. The original Double Molded PTT Cover (PMDN4124_R) is no longer available. The enhanced
Double Molded PTT Cover will only fit into the latest Front Housing with “20” marking. Please order
PMDN4180_R if the Front Housing does not have the “20” marking.
To Check “20” Marking
:
a. Follow steps 1 to 5c from section 7.5.1.1 on page 7-7 to disassemble.
b. Check if the radio has a “20” marking (refer Figure 7-22). Order PMDN4193_R if it has; order
Housing Kit, PMDN4180_R, if it does not.
