Making a Group Call
To make a TMO or DMO group call,
select the respective talkgroup and
press PTT button.
Receiving a Call
If your TCR1000 is not engaged in
another call, it receives a call
automatically. To respond, press
PTT button.
Entering or Exiting Emergency
Mode
To enter the Emergency Mode,
press and hold the Emergency
button for 0.5 second or more. To
exit the Emergency Mode, press
and hold the Emergency button, if
still in the Emergency Mode, for 0.5
second or more.
Making Emergency Group Call
To initiate or answer a call while in
Emergency Mode, press and hold
PTT.
Wait for the talk permit tone (if
configured) and talk. Release PTT
to listen.
Activating/Deactivating TXI Mode
To activate Transmit Inhibit Mode,
press and hold the Option button.
When in Transmit Inhibit Mode,
press and hold the Option button to
deactivate the mode.
Activating/Deactivating
Whisper Mode
To activate the Whisper Mode,
press the Option button.
When in Whisper Mode, press the
Option button to deactivate the
mode.
