3.2.5. Hip Carrying Method 1
▪ Cylinder at the back vertically downwards.
▪ Pressure reducer on the left side of the carrying plate.
▪ Shoulder strap left.

▪ Pressure reducer in the centre of the carrying plate.
▪ Shoulder strap right.
