SECTION 11 − LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY – Subject to the terms and conditions below. Miller Electric
Mfg. Co., Appleton, Wisconsin, warrants to its original retail purchaser that the new
Miller equipment sold after the effective date of this limited warranty is free of de-
fects in material and workmanship at the time it is shipped by Miller. THIS
WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS.
Miller Digital Series auto-darkening lens helmets are warranted for 3 years from the
date of purchase. Miller VSi and FS10 auto-darkening lens helmets are warranted
for 2 years from the date of purchase. Miller passive lens helmets are warranted for
30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty trans-
actions so it is imperative that a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt be
retained.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may be available de-
pending on your state or province.
