2. Media is rolled up during the cutting process
Adım 1 Turn off the cutting plotter
Adım 2 Move the pinch rollers to the side
Adım 3 Pull the lever up
Adım 4 Trim off the rolled up part of the media
Adım 5 Reload the material
3 The media runs diagonally
Adım 1 Stop the operation
Adım 2 Move the pinch rollers to the side
Adım 3 Pull the lever up
Adım 4 Reload the media and make sure the media is correctly loaded (refer to the alignment
ruler).
4. The media lifts
Adım 1 Stop the operation
Adım 2 Move the pinch rollers to the side
Adım 3 Pull the lever up
Adım 4 Reload the sheet and ensure there are two pinch rollers on the very two sides of the
sheet.
Adım 5 Ensure the vacuum is on (check the control panel) and increase the number of pinch
rollers.
5. The start and end points of the object are shifted
Adım 1 Move the pinch rollers to the side
Adım 2 Pull the lever up
Adım 3 Reload the media and increase the number of pinch rollers.
Adım 4 Activate “Over Cut” in “Tool Select” on the control panel if the above does not work
