While holding the fork leg in an upright position, pour in
the following oil quantities:
- F4 S / FT / R / F4 MY13: 720 cc(*)
(*): approximate quantity calculated in relation to the
actual maintenance level
Repeatedly move the damping piston rod up and down
until it slides smoothly.
Oil type used: SAE 7,5
Recommended oil:
Marzocchi EBH16 SAE 7,5
Check that the oil is at level "X" with reference to the
upper fork leg rim, measured when the fork is com-
pletely compressed.
- F4 S / FT / R / F4 MY13 (**): X = 70 mm
(**): N.B.:
Measured with the pumping rod at the
end of its stroke and the spring spacer in.
Fit the inner rod and the spring spacer in their hous-
ings.
