Hold and Transfer
To hold / retrieve a call : (Exclusive Hold)
To transfer a call :
If the destination extension is busy

(While talking) Press Recall Key
to hold a call.

Press Recall Key again to retrieve
a call.

Dial the extension number you
want to transfer the call to.

(While talking) Press Recall Key
to hold the call.

Press Off/On-Hook Key to
complete the transfer.

Make announcement if the
dialled extension answers.

Press Off/On-Hook Key.

The Hold Recall shall appear
immediately. Press Off/On-Hook
