Adding a number to the Telephone Book :
Note 1 : When adding an external number to the Telephone Book, edit the
number to prefix with the digit 9 for an external trunk line
Note 2 : Refer to Page 11 for entering alphabetical characters.

Select the number you want to
transfer by pressing Scroll Key.

Press "Next" Key, then press
"TelBook" Key.

Edit the number if necessary,
then press "OK" Key.

Edit the name by using dial digit
Keys, then press "OK" Key.

The stored name shall be
displayed on TelBook menu.
Press Clear Key to finish, or
press "Next" Key to continue
TelBook menu.
