Use
this
procedure
to
remove
a
flexible
disk
from
the
FDl165.
a.
Make
sure
tha
t
the
busy
lamp
a t
the
fron
t
of
the
FDl165
is
off.
b.
Press
the
door
handle
as
shown
in
Figure
2-14;
the
door
unlocks
and
the
flexible
disk
is
ejected.

DISPLAY
LAMPS
The
FDl165
has
two
display
lamps
on
the
front
panel,
the
ready
lamp
and
the
busy
lamp.
2.10.1
Ready
Lamp
The
ready
lamp
shows
that
the
FDl165
is
ready
for
use.
The
lamp
is
lit
when
the
following
conditions
are
met.
Dc
power
is
supplied.
A
flexible
disk
is
loaded
and
the
door
is
closed.
The
flexible
disk
is
rotating
at
70%
(or
better)
of
the
prescribed
speed
(360
rpm)
and
the
Index
pulse
is
detected
more
than
four
times.
