ACD agent that is in another system cannot resist to ACD group.

System A Agent = 101 (Idle)/102 (Idle)
System B Agent = 201 (Idle)/202 (Idle)
1. Receive ACD inbound call (Pilot number of Group1 in System B) from originator
(214-555-1212)
2. ACD call goes to Agent 201
