 You hear confirmation tone. Although you can enter a code of any valid length, ask you
supervisor which ID code you should enter.
AIC Agent Log In (when your system has AIC enabled in Program 41-17-01):
To log in:

1. Press the ACD Log In/Log Out key (Program 15-07-01 or SC 751: *10).
- OR -
Press the Speaker key and dial the AIC Log In service code (Program
11-13-08).
2. Dial the log in code (up to 20 digits).
 This step is not required if the ID code is disabled in Program 41-01-02.
3. Dial the Agent Identity Code (AIC) (up to four digits).
 The ACD Log In/Log Out key lights.
To log out (for single or multiple agent logins):

All AIC log ins become logged out.
1. Press the ACD Log In/Log Out key (Program 15-07-01 or SC 751: *10).
2. Dial 1 to accept.
- OR -
1. Press the Speaker key and dial the AIC Log Out service code (Program
11-13-09).
 The ACD Log In/Log Out key goes out.
2. Single Line Telephone
All AIC log ins become logged out.
