2.3.4 Printing the Directory
From the File menu, selecting the Print option, followed by Print All will
cause the entire database to be sent to the default printer.
Highlighting a set of entries to be printed and selecting
File
’ Print ’ Print Selected from the main menu will cause the selected
database entries to be sent to the default printer.
SECTION 3 CALL LOG VIEW
The desktop application maintains a Call Log, which provides a historical trace of the
user’s call activity. Each inbound and outbound call generates a record in the call log.
This information can be used to retrieve details about specific calls and perform
functions such as re-dialing a previous call or playing back a recorded telephone
conversation.
3.1 Opening the Call Log
To open the Call Log from Full Window mode, select Window ’ Call Log
from the main menu.
To open the Directory View from Toolbar mode, select File ’ Call Log.
