When a Quick Message is received by a user, a message box pops up on the
screen, as in the following example.
 The user can select a Response from the buttons shown in the Quick
Response area.
-OR-
 Enter a text message in the Custom Response field.
 Clicking the Send button delivers the return message to the sender.
 If the user closes the window without selecting a response, the sender
receives an indication that the user did not respond.
