6.3 Configuring Quick Messages
A set of predefined Quick Messages and Responses are maintained at the
local PC for each attendant. The Preferences menu includes a new tab,
labeled Quick Message, that is used to maintain the set of predefined Quick
Messages and responses. Refer to Figure 6-6 Preferences – Quick Message.
The New and Delete buttons are used to add and remove Messages and
Responses from these lists. Each Message can have as many as four
responses selected as default replies for that message.
