The toolbar provides quick access to commonly used functions. The
function buttons displayed in this area are the same set displayed in the
Toolbar and Window modes.
The visible functions and their order are defined within the Toolbar tab of
the Preferences menu.
The icons displayed in this area are a fixed size so that four buttons can
fit on one row.
If all of the function icons cannot be displayed in the toolbar area, a scroll
bar is displayed on the right side of the image.
If additional user input is required after selecting a toolbar function, a
separate input form is displayed.
