STEP 8: Go on-hook or wait for 3 seconds after the
message appears, then, you are back to the
incoming call screen.
• To play a recorded call from the record-
ing list
Display the call recording data list, and play a re-
corded call from the SubMenu. The recording list
menu is displayed on the top of Service in the
Menu screen. Also, if other services are not regis-
tered, the recording list icon appears on the top of
Service icon.

Note
If the storage capacity of USB memory is insufficient for
recording, unsuccessful record of the call will not be
displayed on the recording list.
Note
The recording list is updated with the latest data
recorded up to the capacity of the recording media.
However, the recorded file may not be able to play.
Note
The call which is currently being recorded will not be
displayed on the recording list. Also, when you attempt
make a call from the recording list of SubMenu, if there
is no data of the target party in the recording list, you
cannot make a call.
Note
If you make a call to another line without going on-hook
while talking to the current party, the recorded data is
displayed as a file on the recording list. However, if you
make a call to another line by pressing the line key
while talking to the current party, depending on the tim-
ing of the key presses, the recording data may be dis-
played as separated files on the recording list.
