2. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
When you remove the line key panel, you will see an
overlay (line key card) with key cutouts on the
programmable key pad. You can use this card to label
the programmable keys for quick access to features or
One-Touch Speed Calling entries.
INSTALLING/REMOVING LINE KEY
CARD
• TO REMOVE KEY SET UNIT (LINE KEY
PANEL AND LINE KEY CARD)
STEP 1: Insert the tip of a tool (such as a small screw-
driver) into the right side of the line key panel.
STEP 2: Pull the line key panel out of the telephone.
STEP 3: Remove the line key card.
• TO INSTALL KEY SET UNIT (LINE KEY
PANEL AND LINE KEY CARD)
STEP 1: Align the holes in the line key card with the
buttons on the telephone.
STEP 2: Align the holes in the line key panel with the
buttons on the telephone and then push the
four corners of the panel until the panel clicks
into place.

Be sure to install the line key panel correctly, or it may
cause undesired operation of the terminal.
