TO DELETE A RECORDED CALL
The recorded call can be deleted by the delete
operation from the recording list. When the recorded
call has been deleted from the recording list, the
recording icon also disappears from the History
screen.
To delete one recorded call at a time
STEP 1: From the recording list, select a call to delete
by using , and press Option.
STEP 2: From the SubMenu of the recording list, se-
lect Delete One by using
or UP/
DOWN soft key, and press or OK.
STEP 3: When the following screen appears, press
or OK.
Note
When you delete only the incoming/outgoing call his-
tory, the recorded data will not be deleted.
Note
When the recordable time of USB memory is less than
6 minutes or the files of recorded data exceeds 3998,
the recorded files will be deleted in chronological order
starting from the oldest one, until the recordable time
becomes 6 minutes or more or the number of recording
files become less than 3997. For the details, contact the
System Administrator.
