7. Slowly press down the foot control or long
press the start/stop button to start sewing.
Release the foot control or press the start/
stop button again to stop the machine.
Note
You can use reverse sewing for back
tacking and reinforcing seams by pressing
the reverse button. Please refer to "Useful
skills" chapter for more information.
8. Press the needle up/down position button
to raise the needle. Raise the presser foot
lifter and remove the fabric.
9. Press the thread cutter button to trim the
threads.
Or guide both threads to the side of the
face plate and into the thread cutter to cut
them.
