3Description
3.1Function
FilterBox filters out pollutants such as fumes and dust, class W3. Moreover it filters out welding fumes contain-
ing CMR (carcinogenic mutagenic reprotoxic) substances, e.g. generated by welding high alloyed steels or weld-
ing consumables with more than 5 % (Cr, Ni).
NOTE!
Gases are not filtered out.
FilterBox is a flexible, modular system that is available in different configurations. There are three main levels
of automation: FilterBox M, FilterBox A/A+ or FilterBox eQ/A++.

• Outlet (1-phase) for electrical tools.
• An outlet for compressed air tools.

• Ergonomic handles.
Connection of Nederman extraction arms is prepared. The Wall model can be connected to a duct system.
NOTE!
The FilterBox does not have any connections for channeling of exhaust air. Pressure drop for complete
system shall be considered by the installation designer or the user.
