Description:
If a cable resistance target was saved using F55 and F56,
upon each weld, the unit
will measure the weld cable resistance. If for
any weld the resistance is outside of the
tolerance windo set by F56, this
warning will be displayed. Press the ‘lock’ key to
clear the eroor while
viewing the error in F1 (error display).
To remedy, periodically tighten connectors and inspect cables for any
cause for
increased resistance. Cables will naturally increase as weld
current heats them. If a
new cable resistance target is required, save it
in F55 following a weld. A new target
is required when added or remo-
ving cables.
