SETTING UP CONT’D
Linking DECT handsets to the
WorldCommunicator DECT base station
Up to 12 DECT handsets may be registered with the
built-in base station.
Each handset is automatically assigned an MSN
number, starting with 01.
Procedure:
1 Press on the WorldCommunicator Modem
Unit to enter the MENU.
Scroll down to Device Manager.
2 Press and scroll down to to Add Device.

Configure DTE

3 Scroll down to DECT and press .
4 Press for 4.8 kbps standard quality speech,
or scroll down to select 64 kbps high quality speech.
Note! Make sure that the service is registered with
your service provider.
5 Enter the owner password (1........90).
