Manage power with Power Manager
You can manage Nighthawk M6 power usage by enabling Power Manager.
Power Manager lets you select one of the following profiles:
•
Performance: Best performance. Reduced battery life.
•
Balance: Best battery life.
•
AC-Powered: Automatically selected when battery is removed and AC charger is
plugged in. 2.5G-BaseT Ethernet speed can be used in this mode (M6 Pro models
only).
Select options under Battery Only or under Plugged In as required.
To enable Power Manager:
1. Press Power to wake the Nighthawk M6.
The Home screen appears.
2. Tap Power Manager.
The Power Manager menu appears.
3.
Select a profile that suits your needs.
Extend battery life
The Nighthawk M6, by default, is configured to optimize battery life. The following
factors affect battery life:

Screen brightness.
•
Standby time.
