heat is started and steps in as the DM falls / steps out
as DM increases.

Time between step ins = 60 secs.

Time between step outs = 2 secs.
■
Additional heat is only allowed to step out when
heating is permitted and when the additional heating
is permitted in heating mode and the input for
blocking is not connected.
