Should your Portable DVD player develop a problem, please check below before requesting service:

The disc cover isn't closed.Close the disc cover.
The unit is on CVBS input mode.Press AV IN/OUT button to switch to AV OUT Mode.
The parental control is applying.Clear the parental control or change to the other grade.
Check if the power cord has been properly connected to the power outlet.
Check if the main power has been switched on.
Battery run over.Charge the battery,then connect.
LCD setup is off. Press LCD ON/OFF button to turn on LCD display.
The unit is on AV input mode. Press AV IN/OUT button to switch to AV OUT Mode.
The unit is on AV input mode .Press AV IN/OUT button to switch to Video output mode
The disc is dirty or damaged. Clean the disc or try another disc.
Power wave or other abnormal phenomena (such as static) disturbs the normal condition Remove
the obstacles between the remote control and the player.Turn off the player,then turn on again.
Point the remote control towards the remote sensor on the player.
Check if the batteries of the remote control have been loaded with correct polarities.
Replace the batteries of the remote control.
In DVB-T mode, tuned to digital teletext channel. Reduce to another channel.
No signal found
Aerial is not connected. Check the aerial lead.
Aerial is damaged/misaligned. Check the aerial.
Out of digital signal area. Check with dealer..
