Formatting
Format camera memory. Note that this permanently deletes all data in memory. Copy any
pictures or other data you wish to keep to a computer before proceeding (A 52).
1 Tap Format memory.
2 Tap Yes.
3 Tap OK.
Tap: W ➜ z Set up ➜ Format memory
Favorites (A 41) are deleted
when memory is formatted.
To exit without changing
settings, tap J.
Do not turn the camera off
until formatting is complete and
the setup menu is displayed.
