Adjust the field diaphragm. (This adjustment is only for microscopes
with the field diaphragm.)
Turn the field diaphragm ring until the diaphragm image just circumscribes the viewfield.

Perform the microscopy. ⇒P18
Whenever the objective is changed, adjust the condenser aperture and field aperture
diaphragms.

Turn off the power switch.
Press the power switch to the “
