TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble Possible cause Remedy
The machine operates only when stationary,
otherwise it turns off and the red warning

The batteries are discharged.
Charge the batteries.
If the trouble persists, replace the batteries.
The battery autonomy is low. 7KHEDWWHULHVDUHQRPRUHHI¿FLHQW
Replace the batteries. If necessary, install
batteries with higher capacity (see Technical
Data paragraph).
When turning the ignition key (61) to “II”, the
display does not turn on and the machine
does not operate.
The battery connector is disconnected. Connect the battery connector.
The F3 and/or F0 fuse is open. Check/replace the fuses.
The emergency push-button has been
pressed.
Check and release the emergency push-
button.
The machine does not move when pressing
the drive pedal and the warning light (78)
ÀDVKHV
The drive pedal has been pressed while
turning the ignition key (61) to “II”.
Turn the ignition key to “0”, then restart without
pressing the drive pedal.
Drive system failure.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
If the trouble persists, contact the Service
Center.
The main broom does not work and the
ZDUQLQJOLJKWÀDVKHV
The safety system has activated.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
Check the condition of the main broom (debris
WKDWVORZVGRZQWKHEURRPRUH[FHVVLYH
pressure on the ground).
The FA fuse is open.
Wait for the main broom motor to cool down,
then replace the fuse.
The side brooms do not operate.
The FR1 or FR2 circuit breaker of the side
brooms is open.
Wait for the side broom motor to cool down,
then reset the fuse by pressing the relevant
push-button.
The machine collects little debris/dust.

or by disassembling it.
The hopper is full. Empty the hopper.
The skirts are not properly adjusted or are
broken.
Adjust/replace the skirts.
The brooms are not properly adjusted. Adjust the broom height.
The F1 fuse is open. Replace the fuse.
The hopper does not lift.
The hydraulic system oil level is incorrect.
Check the hydraulic system oil level in the
tank.
The F6 fuse is open. Replace the fuse.
The hopper does not dump. The hopper is too low.
Lift the hopper at a minimum height of 350
mm.
The hopper does not lower.
In case of low temperatures, the hydraulic
V\VWHPRLOLVVORZLQÀRZLQJWKURXJKWKHVDIHW\
valve.
Wait a few moments to let the hydraulic
V\VWHPRLOÀRZ

The F2 fuse is open. Replace the fuse.

The water tank is empty. Fill the tank.
