(6) Place the levels at the position shown in the figure below to check the level of the machine at three
points.
(7) If the machine is not leveled, turn the adjusting nut of the jack bolt to adjust it.
IMPORTANT
• If the machine sits unevenly on the floor (difference: 10 mm or more), place a plate or the like
under the jack bolts to level the machine.
• Check that each jack bolt is securely supporting the machine (the castors must not touch the
floor).
• To prevent the jack bolt slipping off, the distance between the bottom frame of the machine
and the floor should be 60 mm or less.
• Pay attention to these important points also when adjusting the level of the printer in the next
step.
(8) After the level adjustment, lock four jack bolts with the lock nuts.
(9) Remove the levels.
(10) Reattach the filter pipe and refilling water pipe.
(11) Reattach the sub-tank top cover.
This completes adjusting the level of paper processor section.
