Installation Installing Printers
3.14.2 Configuring the Printer
Refer to the documentation supplied with your printer for instructions on configuring your printer.
PRN Printer Settings
Set the printer options (under the menu area) according to the settings listed in Table 3.3.
Keltron Printer VS4095/5 Settings
The printer communicates using the
following protocol:
• Baud Rate
– Supervised mode: 2400
– Unsupervised mode: 300
(Supervision is a programmed
setting; refer to the Panel
Programming section of the
Programming Manual for
instructions.)
• Data bits: 8
• Parity: None
• Stop bits: 1
Set the printer DIP switches SP1
and SP2 according to settings in
Table 3.4.
*Protocol: When printing in graphics mode, set I/O Serial Protocol to “Robust XON/OFF”.
