Use the Océ Settings Editor
Define the settings in the Océ Settings Editor
Introduction
The Océ Settings Editor allows you to define the following settings.
Key operator settings (KO settings)
System administrator settings (SA settings).
You need a password to change the KO settings and SA settings (see ‘Log on
to the controller applications’ on page 71).
Note: Only one key operator, system administrator or repro operator at a time
is authorised to change the settings. An error message appears when a second
user tries to log on to the key operator mode or system administrator mode.
Multiple users are authorised to view the settings.
How to define the key operator settings
1.
Log on to the key operator mode.
2. Use the buttons on the left toolbar to display the required group of settings.
3. Select the required settings in the tree structure.
4. Define the settings in the update area.
5. Click the 'Apply' button to confirm the new settings.
6. Log off from the key operator mode to prevent unauthorised use of the
application.
How to define the system administrator settings
1.
Log on to the system administrator mode.
2. Use the buttons on the left toolbar to display the required group of settings.
3. Select the required settings in the tree structure.
4. Define the settings in the update area.
5. Click the 'Apply' button to confirm the new settings.
6. Log off from the system administrator mode to prevent unauthorised use of the
application.
