17 Calculated correction of tonometrically measured IOP

The diagram below shows the progression of the correction summand
over a range of corneal thickness as given by the three formula:

Each formula gives a different way of calculating the IOP correction
summand, as follows:
Ehlers: IOP change = 0.071 * (545 µm - corneal thickness
measured
)
Shah: IOP change = 0.050 * (550 µm - corneal thickness
measured
)
Dresden: IOP change = 0.040 * (550 µm - corneal thickness
measured
)
17.2 Post-LASIK IOP correction
The Kohlhaas-formula estimates the true IOP concerning post-LASIK,
myopic patients.
