Remove shift drum and thrust washer.

Output Shaft and4 × 4 Coupling
Mechanism
Remove output shaft from center housing and
withdraw4X4 coupling sleeve.
NOTICE Use a soft hammer to remove output
shaft.

Remove set screw, coupling fork shaft and
coupling fork from right cover.

3. Coupling fork
Countershaft
Use a soft hammer to push out countershaft
from gearbox CVT side.
Remove distance sleeve and 0-ring.
