CHAPTER 4.0 DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
Pizzaform 45 is a heat-moulding machine which enables the production of pizza dough discs
with fixed diameter and thickness starting from a rounded risen dough .
4.1 DESCRIPTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTS
This machine is composed by two parts:
 the main part [1], that is, the machine itself, which is constituted of a metal frame;
 the support part [2].
