the
previous
steps
have
been
performed
correctly,
the
Ohmeda
Biox
3700
Oximeter
should
be
communicating
with
the
IBM
PC
in
the
Auto-Output Mode.
One
line
of
data
is
output
to
the
computer
screen
every
two
seconds.
The
message
should
look
like
the
following:

which
discusses
how
to
use
the
different
modes.
NOTE:
Once
the
program
has
been
saved,
it
does
not
need
to
be
retyped
every
time
the
Computer
Interface
is
used.

program

needs

be
run.
To
do
this
from
the
DOS
Prompt:

type
BASICA
and
press
ENTER
after
the
prompt

type

press
