Display settings
Automatic screen lock
Define the period of time after which the display is automatically locked fol
lowing the last operation. The automatic screen lock switches the mobile
phone to Standby mode, thus increasing the battery operating time.
1. Touch
Settings Phonesettings Display Screenautolock.
2. Touch the required period of time before activation of the automatic
screen lock. The setting is saved.
Display lighting
You can adjust the brightness of the display. It is also possible to define
the period of time after which the display is dimmed again, thus increasing
the battery operating time.
1. Touch Settings Phonesettings Display LCDbacklight.
2. Use the slider control under the Brightness option to set the required
brightness.
3. Use the slider control under the Time(sec) option to define how long the
display should remain active in the set brightness. When this period of
time has elapsed, the display is dimmed. This automatically active
function saves the battery in the mobile phone.
4. Touch OK. The setting is saved.
Automatic handsfree function
You can define whether the caller should be automatically heard via the
loudspeaker when you make or take a call.
1. Touch Settings autohandsfree On. The function is activated.
You can also activate this function when a call is in progress by touching
the H-Free key.
