Touch the adjacent Settings icon to adapt the basic settings such as time,
language, call settings, telephone settings, network and security settings
etc.
Phone settings
You can define the basic settings for the mobile phone, such as language,
time, date, back-lighting etc.
Time and date
Set the time and date before using the phone for the first time. Since the
mobile phone is not connected to the Internet, it does not obtain the date
and time automatically.
1. Touch Settings Phonesettings Timeanddate Settime/date.
2. Enter the current time and date using the keyboard.
3. Touch Save. The setting is saved.
Adapt the settings for home town, automatic daylight-saving time and time/
date format according to your needs.
Language
The mobile phone can be operated in different languages (including
German, English, French and Dutch).
1. Touch Settings Phonesettings Language.
2. Touch the language required. The menu is then displayed in the lan
guage selected.
