Problems Solutions
The mobile phone can
not be switched on.
- No battery inserted.
- Battery is not charged.
No signal quality is dis
played.
- No network connection. The mobile phone is
in a location where there is no network ser
vice. Move to a different location or contact
your mobile service provider.
The screen display does
not function or only func
tions very slowly.
- The operating speed of the display is re
duced in the case of low temperatures. This
is normal. Use the phone in a warmer loca
tion.
- Remove the battery for 3 minutes and try
again.
A message appears in
the display for some
functions, indicating
execution/use is not
possible.
- Many functions can only be used after the
respective service has been applied for.
Therefore, please contact your mobile ser
vice provider locally for more details.
No connection to the
mobile telecommunica
tion network.
- Contact your mobile phone provider.
- Some mobile phone networks offer better
coverage than others in different areas.
Change your location and attempt communi
cation again.
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
The battery cannot be
charged or is empty
within a short time.
- Battery is defect.
- Place the mobile phone correctly in the
charging unit or connect the power adapter
properly. Clean the charging contacts on the
mobile phone and power adapter with a soft,
dry cloth.
- Charge the mobile phone for at least three
hours.
