Menu Options Available During a Call
You can change some settings while a call is in progress.
Handsfree function
You can select whether to hear the caller via the loudspeaker.
1. Touch H-Free. The loudspeaker is activated while the call is in
progress.
2. Touch H-Held to deactivate the loudspeaker again.
Muting the microphone
You can switch the microphone off while a call is in progress.
Muting means that the call continues to be connected but the caller can no
longer hear you.
1. While a call is in progress, touch Options Mute. The microphone is
switched off.
2. Touch Options Unmute to deactivate the muting function and resume the
call.
Putting a call on hold
You can select whether to put the call in progress on hold.
Putting a call on hold basically means keeping the caller connected but
having no direct communication. The caller is put on hold enabling you to
call someone else. The first caller cannot hear this call.
1. While a call is in progress, touch Options Hold. The caller is put on hold.
2. Touch Options Retrieve to resume the call.
