Using the menus
Using the direct buttons
Press Z to display the top menu, then
select [MODE MENU], [CAMERA], and
[FLASH MODE] in order.
•Use acbdZ to make flash-
related settings.
Press the
#
button, and turn the control dial.
• The setting screen is displayed on
the monitor.
• Select the flash mode, and press the
#button. The flash mode setting is
made, and the display returns to the
shooting screen.
• To make further settings, follow the
operation guide at the bottom of the
screen.

The same setting screen is displayed using the direct button or the mode menu.

TIPS
• The flash intensity control (w) can be adjusted directly by pressing the F and
# buttons simultaneously, and turning the control dial.
To set functions with the monitor closed
→ Use the direct buttons (excluding the z button) to
make settings. Turn the control dial to view your
selected settings on the control panel.
